Refund policy

30-day return policy

You can return all our products within 30 days. Valid from the day you receive the item. Contact us at contact@happy-pets.se if you want to return your item. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. Please provide your order number and the email address used when ordering for faster processing. We will send instructions on where to send the return. If the return period has expired, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

NOTE: The product must have labels and packaging intact in order to be returned.

 

Refund policy

The time for your money to be refunded may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the money takes a few business days to appear in your account from the day the return is processed.

 

Unclaimed package

If you miss picking up your package or refuse to accept it, the package will be sent back to us again. Unclaimed packages will be charged 200 SEK. The amount will be deducted from the refund you receive.

 

Second-hand returns

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with a complaint or return for Happy-pets products that have been purchased second-hand from another customer.

 

Damaged goods

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 72 hours. Send an email to contact@happy-pets.se with a picture of the damage. We will evaluate whether you are entitled to a free replacement.

Note that damaged packaging does not count as damage if the goods are in good condition.

 

Complaints

In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Agency, you as a customer always have a 3-year right of complaint. All goods will be refunded once they have been inspected by our warehouse team. Unapproved complaints will be returned to the buyer. NOTE: Goods must have labels and packaging still on the product in order to be returned.

Depending on what has happened to your product, you as a customer have the right to complain about your purchase from our website. This applies when a receipt from our website has been received. We follow the regulations and rules of the Swedish Consumer Agency. A product defect must always be discovered within 6 months of purchase.
