Shipping policy

Always FREE Shipping

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are shipped FREE.

 

The ordering process consists of two parts:

Processing Time: The order is approved, quality checked and the package is packed. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days of being received by us.

Delivery Time: The delivery time is the time it takes to transport the goods from us to the destination. It usually takes 7-18 business days.

All delivery times exclude customs clearance/delays

 

Correct Delivery Details

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is accurate and complete. Please note the importance of providing a correct email address and telephone number. Failure to do so will result in you not receiving the necessary information about your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect delivery details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

Packages that are not collected will be returned to us. Your order will then be refunded except for 200 SEK per uncollected package

 

If you discover an error in your delivery details

Please email us at contact@happy-pets.se within 24 hours after you have placed your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.

 

Customs fees

When our goods are shipped from abroad, in some cases a customs fee may be added as you as the customer are the importer. You as the customer are then obliged to pay it.

 

Will my goods be sent in the same package?

For logistical reasons, goods in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

Delayed delivery?

We understand that it is important for you to receive your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases, delays in delivery may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For example, shipping companies may experience unexpected delays or problems during transportation, such as extreme weather or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the shipping company to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Additionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may delay the processing or shipment of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order that may cause a delay.

 

What if your package is delayed?

Please note that Happy-Pets is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order and offer any assistance we can to resolve any issues that may arise.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages?

We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once we hand over the package to our shipping companies, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@happy-pets.se, and we will do our best to help you.
